well as I have read and hear from Aussies medical,family and funeral are the only reasons you can leave, But as he already informed he is coming to see his partner ...

Depending on witch part yes bars are open if they serve food for example the Major of Rawai told all Bar owners ... it looks like Patong will take over this procedure... but never the less till September is a long way to go
