You, can.travel both paspor to amerika thailend it ok. No. Ploblem.

No they don't. Or you could use a friend's address if you have any in Bangkok. If you tell them you are staying in Suphanburi or put that on the application you will be sent back to Suphanburi.
Luke ******
Maybe it's obvious, but it is worth mentioning that while applying in Bangkok, you should put down a Bangkok address on your application form. And not mention anything about where you just came from. Otherwise you'll be sent back to that particular immigration office.

Tod Daniels I have done it half way through so I can vouch for that. Technically speaking, they can be extended from day one. Many other Immigration offices such as Jomtien Pattaya use(d) to send people home telling them to come back to extend 7 days before expiry. If you say you have confirmed cases of people doing it from day one in Bangkok that's good info to have then for the future since I'm on SETVs myself.

@Tod ********
45 days rule of thumb generally applies for annual non O retirement extensions. My understanding comes from the mouth of an Immigration officer at Chaengwatthana when I went to extend an SETV and asked her how early can I apply for an extension.
Luke ******
Joshua - Because the reentry permit is valid until the last day of your permission of stay, so if you don't get the extension on day one, you will only cover 60 days with it.

If Chaengwatthana is willing to extend so early. It is my understanding (and personal experience), that they may want to do so half way through the permission of stay (so after 30 days from arrival). Maybe with a valid reason (and this is one) they would extend immediately, but this is another thing to watch out for.

You are describing the Elite Superiority Extension, 20 years for 1M baht, which is non transferrable / non refundable, does not include all the perks such as golf, spa or limousines. It only includes the visa, use of dedicated lanes upon arrival / departure and lounge access (apparently). I also believe they charge a service fee for the 90 day reporting but I may be mistaken.

They should update their website not to confuse people then. According to the latest list published in March, SA is not a listed country....
