I know, that wasn't the point of my question. This Thai Imm eService app does both 90 day reports online AND tells you your visa extension status. It can be used as an indicator if your next online 90 day report will work or not. If your visa status is OVERSTAY then the 90 days report no longer works online.

So with ONLINE 90 day report not working, I take it immigration is giving no allowance to report later on using this system and we must go in person or attempt mail in?

What does the stamp stating 'certification of residence must be made every 90 days' mean for my O-A visa extension?

Its 90 days from day you enter or from last 90 day report. Its not 90 days from this extension which is how I read it the first time I messed up. So it can confuse some people as it is written in the extension.
