@Ratofu *****
just called K-Bank Customer Service and the branch in the basement of Chaengwattana IS closed. They couldn't say if they have updating machines for bank books or not. Sorry. The closest K-bank to Chaengwattana is the one on Chaengwattana Road by Thai Watsadu ๐Ÿ™ You might wanna stop at a K-Bank before you get out in that area and update your bank book, etc

might appreciate the bank info. I was just trying to clarify the Q App for later and for others reading the thread.

The work you guys put in is terrific. Solve so many issues for us other , at times bewildered expats (Aliens). Cheers

that's the one but you wait until you get the actual queue ticket for your section from them, then you can scan it into that system

ok thanks. Yep I understand. Ta.

Queues are not bad, they only let 10 people per counter inside and give you a queue number and then you wait outside in the main building. You scan the queue ticket with the Q-queue app and it will tell you when it's your turn to go in.

I think K bank is closed in the basement now. I'm not sure. It was boarded up when I was there last month along with SCB (which is just plain GONE)
