What should I do if my Android Thai Imm eService app indicates that I am overstayed after my Non Imm O extension?

My Android Thai Imm eService app that can be used for 90 day online reports, now says I am overstayed as it doesn't seem to recognize the annual Non Imm O extension I did in August at CW. Does this mean my next online 90 day report (I use a computer web site for this) will not work? How to fix? Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is encountering an issue where the Android Thai Imm eService app reports an overstayed visa status despite having completed a Non Imm O extension. Several users confirm experiencing similar problems, indicating that the online system may not update after an extension is granted. They advise that the only solution is to submit the 90 day report in person or by mail, as there is currently no fix for the app-related issue.

Many many people are experiencing this exact problem (myself included).

What it seems is after we get a new yearly extension the online 90 day reporting systems don't work anymore because the data was not entered into the 90 day report database.

This started happening when the system went down back in the beginning of the year but is still happening when people get new extensions between 90 day reporting dates. ๐Ÿ˜•

There is no way you can fix it or do anything about it other than to go file a 90 day report in person (or by mail) ๐Ÿ™

Strangely enough my online 90 day report started working again (after almost 4 years of in person visits) right after my last annual extension! ๐Ÿ˜‚

when you log into the 'eServices' mobile app for the 90 day reporting it will show your status as "overstay" and give you the days since you last extension expired (meaning it does not have the data that you extended after that expiration date)

Here's what it shows on mine when I log in (my last extension expired Apr 5th (but I got a new yearly extension end of Feb 2021 good until April 5th 2022 and that data is not in the system) ๐Ÿ™

"doesn't seem to recognize the annual Non Imm O extension I did in August ", getting an extension is totally different to doing a 90 day report.

I know, that wasn't the point of my question. This Thai Imm eService app does both 90 day reports online AND tells you your visa extension status. It can be used as an indicator if your next online 90 day report will work or not. If your visa status is OVERSTAY then the 90 days report no longer works online.

If you're in Bangkok do it by mail. As close as your closest post office. Takes five minutes. Saves that trek out to The Land That Time Forgot.

Might not work ๐Ÿ™ It must be submitted no later then 15 days before the due date.

there is no way to "fix" it ๐Ÿ˜• It means you either mail in your next 90 day report OR you go file in person.
