Yes mate the site us extremely hard to use. I just completed a non o visa, and was approved within a day. If your doing on a tablet or a phone it won't maximise the page. Click on your Visa reference number and scroll to the left. You can edit here also. It's very frustrating having to start at the beginning every time but it is possible. It did take me a couple of hours but it does work

2 days overstay fine. 500 baht per day no problems

So can you do an extension on non o visa or you just have to do a whole new visa and have a new stamp put in your passport?
