I wrote in my post considering London or HCMC, the reason being is I am flexible which embassy I use. I would go for the embassy that cares the least about 'seasoning time'. The embassies would never tell me directly ' we dont care about seasoning time here' and i think asking them is actually suspicious of me to do (draws attention). so I need real word on the street so to speak, 'X embassy doesn't care'. I hear: 1) London then i hear mixed on Vietnam / Taiwan
