The best way (and preferred by immigration): Hire a Thai lawyer. They will navigate all circumstances and any problems w/ Visa's & Tabiens/ID cards.

Ok,but...just to be clear in my head: Either I can show 400,000 deposited in a Thai bank account or show income of 40,000 baht a month with the first attempt of applying for this visa, but not necessary to have both...correct?
