yes but you still can get a blue book when you buy a condo etc

There are a few embassies that will infact give you a different visa from what you apply for . They say well you don't qualify for this one but here's the one we say you do qualify for and automatically give you the one they decide fits

not gonna argue foreigners can infact get a blue book when they buy look it up 🤷‍♂️

Yellow is applied for to establish residence

Again I've literally researched this and went to the office

Yellow is not for owners it's for renters etc

And most don't know it exists 😂

The yellow one you need a copy of the owner blue book page signature on the copy

A copy of their ID also signed

Your Rental agreement, I belive residency certificate as well as passport

If you Google it it'll tell you all you Want to know I'm now waiting on my landlord to give me the two I mentioned above to go grab mine here in bkk

With it you can then as I'm told get a thai ID the pink one as well as makes it easier to get bank accounts as well

Again this is what my research has told me and what the office I talked to said as well!

They can and have still asked for more after this and can and have asked for an in person Interview.

Well seeing how it's a 5 year multiple entry visa it's kind of self explanatory 🤦‍♂️😂
