to get an extension on an o visa you have to have 800k bt in bank

the non o visa gives 90 days it can’t be extended unless you have 800k in a Thai bank

can’t you get it from any Bangkok bank. I don’t fancy going into Silom every time

I am just learning Thai and not enough to keep up yet. Immigration is a nightmare for me. My partner speaks a bit of English but can’t make me understand what’s happening. Same with everything else here nobody really speaks much English out in the provinces. I just muddle through and find things out the hard way by lived experience. I only know a couple of English speakers and they don’t know much Thai either. One Canadian and one English.

no you need twelve months proof of residence. I have been rejected four times and am now using an agent.

Thanks I need some advice

I have a 90 day o visa can I get this turned into a multi entry visa. I have only been here for a week. I normally come on visa free. I’m never quite sure how visas work. Please help.
