Check the visa situation first. You have to secure employment first then the employer arranges the work permit for that specific role. There are very few roles for non-Thais.

My son has ADHD. Some ADHD meds are on the list of controlled drugs which need prior permission to be brought into the Country.

There are Pediatric Consultants who can prescribe ADHD meds, it is very expensive.
