Can my helper from Myanmar use a tourist visa to take a course in Thailand and then seek employment?

If she’s gonna work as a blue collar worker, she has to wait until the Thai Government opens for new batch again and I don’t think they even announced the official opening date yet. She cannot *Legally* work without the work permit.

For the visa, she can extend 5 times, some said 6. (1 month extension every time she extends)
