I can only confirm it worked at Blu Port Immigration Office. The time slot was removed from the options list upon booking.

Yes, that's what I selected and I was sent straight to the desk after showing the time confirmation upon arrival at Blu Port.

I have just done (Nov 2022) a 30 day extension on a SETV at Blu Port Mall, Hua Hin. UK passport holder.

Neither a TM6 nor a TM30 were required. Your passport, a copy of your passport, a recent 4cm x 6cm photograph and the TM7 page which I downloaded and filled out prior to going plus 1900 baht was all that was needed.

I also booked a time slot via the immigration web page.

I have recently (Aug) obtained a SETV using the eVisa website in the UK. My Lon-Bkk return ticket is Oct-Apr. I did not show any flight ticket out of Thailand within 60 days to obtain it.
