dear narelle - I wish to thank all those lovely people who offered suggestions & advice re my trip from Brisbane to SUVARNABHUMI in Thailand . Having very little info on the two pages of my flight ticket - ide never before been via tan son nhat a/ port in Vietnam - at Brisbane I waited patiently for the good / bad news - the lovely operator - looking at my deficient paperwork & her screen - gave me the fantastic news - YES, we can book your baggage through T S N to SUVARNABHUMI - it was like winning lotto - thanked the operator ( would love to have kissed her ) ide recommend this transit route to anyone, T S N a/ port is easy to negotiate yourself around & is well sign posted - SUVARNABHUMI is another story yet again

I’ve just checked - the flight tickets both have the same ticket number - I think a little more homework may be needed when I check in at Brisbane a/port - Australia

Their must be literally thousands of blokes in their 60s & older, like me, who don’t own or know how to operate a computer - who will now be forced to find some other visa service & pay for it - I was so stressed trying to fathom how I was going to get around this “ new invention” when for the past 15 odd years I’ve delt with the appropriate consule or embassy - & never faced any problems - the ownis is now on the individual

thanks mate - I took all my documents to a “computer literate” friend ( x teacher etc ) - she couldn’t “paste” the documents ( or transfer them ? ) onto her computer - after 3 hours - told her - just forget it, ile scratch my head to see what other options I have

thanks Brandon for your advise - but when your 84 y old & you talk about “uploading documents” - that’s ok if you are computer savvy - but what if you don’t own or know how to operate a computer - that’s my handycap
