Visa agents are not illegal as far as I know.........they are just a different way of getting a visa. Almost all visa agents work together with a immigration officer.

I think I have heard there is such a thing as "Divorce in absentia".......not sure about the correct terms..... perhaps somebody else know.

Unfortunately most visa-options require that you have a lot of money! Else there are visa-agents but they are expensive too........wow, I wish there were some better visa opportunities for poor people like me :-)
