When will bars and clubs open in Thailand's phase 5?

My uncle owns a karaoke night club between Silom Road and Suriwong Road ( Soi Thaniya Japanese street ) , he was informed by Area Police Station that they all can start business from 1st July.

Some opened now in Krabi for a couple of weeks now.

Some bars open now in bgkk

Good for bank robbers now tho

Fuck clubs and bars.

The experiance of the kina soft opening will dictate what is next. So my guess, based on the seating arrangements in the very few bars I drove past tonite, June 15 is that the # of cases will start to rise the first through the 14th of July at which time the rules will be altered to clamp things back down, deaths will be happening by the end of July, and more quantified hindsight shared around the world will produce a better cause and effect picture. But I am not an Epidemiologist.
