TLDR : Answer Summary
The exact date for the reopening of bars and clubs in Thailand's phase 5 is uncertain. Some comments suggest various dates, with July 1st mentioned by some users, while others speculate a later date or even uncertainty about the reopening at all. Discussions also touch on underground bars remaining open, even though the official situation is still developing.

Typical drunk.

Sitting on a bar stool and you still can't pronounce "Pattaya" or "Chang" beer properly because your busy complaining why the migrants in your country don't speak your language.

Hypocrite.

the masks slow transmission, Taiwan is one example as is Hong Kong......thereโ€™s very little support for not wearing a mask, even the WHO has changed policy...many studies now support mask use, even if itโ€™s just a home made cloth one.....

The experiance of the kina soft opening will dictate what is next. So my guess, based on the seating arrangements in the very few bars I drove past tonite, June 15 is that the # of cases will start to rise the first through the 14th of July at which time the rules will be altered to clamp things back down, deaths will be happening by the end of July, and more quantified hindsight shared around the world will produce a better cause and effect picture. But I am not an Epidemiologist.

Some smaller bars and clubs have found ways to be creative. You might just need to look a little harder. Bangkok never really stopped partying, it just went behind closed doors

Iโ€™m a dirty foreigner. They donโ€™t wanna open bars while weโ€™re still here. That would make us happy. They donโ€™t want us to be happy.
