Nevertheless to say (and prove) I have an interview seems a good reason to let me in....but also could maybe be a reason for them to be fussy about visa type.
yes....i think thr interviewing company will find that a lot of hassle.
One issue though is if I come in on a tourist visa and tell immigration i have an interview to support my entry (as hws reasonably been suggested here) they may ask why i dont have that visa instead....
