I used Issa Compass, mostly a good experience. If you do it yourself you risk constant delays because some document is not exactly right or whatever. Plus they can do the 90 day reports for you or a nominal fee. Not sure if you have to use their initial service though though. IMO, agencies are actually worth the few hundred bucks even if you can do it for "free", you'll save countless headaches and stress.
