What visa should I get for multiple entries every three weeks to Thailand from Australia?

I'm on a 4 week rotation. 4wks in Thailand tgen 4wks out. I've been doing this now for 3 years, so 5-6 visa exemptions (I'm from the UK) per year.

The last 2 times I've entered Thailand have been horrendous! My last entry was on tge 31st of December and I genuinely thought I was going to get turned away. I took my nearly 30 mins of answer questions, and having to deal with 2 supervisors, before they finally let me in.

Exemption is ok for a while, but doing it regularly won't last forever.

I'm now trying to come up with a suitable plan for myself.
