I had the exact same issue from Canada. I filtered the bank information to only show deposits for the last 4 months so it was all on one page. When they asked you for more information you should have been able to upload an additional document. That’s how I did it.

CoolBunny_7244 only 2 banks here. Neither one has a manager on site. First one just refused to try to process the application. Second one said they’ll let us know in 2 weeks 🤬

Andrew Pledger I’m on Koh Tao- nonO marriage visa.

I tried to open an account at Krungsri and they couldn’t figure out how to do it. The only other option here is Bangkok Bank. At least they took all of the documents and paperwork and the girl said that she would try.

I applied from Canada and sent one statement as proof of funds then they asked to see 3 months to prove income. I did it all at the Thai embassy in Canada with Canadian bank statements.

Opening the account here on a small island is proving to be a greater challenge… only 2 banks here and today one of them told me to go to the other one because they didn’t know how to do it even though I brought them everything they initially asked me for.

Graeme Drake You cannot get a Thai bank account on a tourist visa. Have to enter the country on a Non-O visa first.

Jan Kenneth Nesland 6 times 10 day visits in a year just sounds suspicious to me. That’s not “normal tourism”.
