It's all confusing I agree but I'm stating how mine came back. The time on mine was when I took the test.

People really should state what county they are in as it seems every one is different. My results in England came back with the time I took the test on them.

you are wrong if you are in the UK it's from when you take the test. Maybe different elsewhere

Sorry I've just seen this. Just go on the Royal Thai embassy London website. Everything's on there but it's sometimes a bit hard to navigate.

I just sent a copy of my latest bank statement. As said above only has to be the equivalent of 20,000 baht.

The London office is closed because it had a case of covid so they are all working from home. You can still apply for your visa as it's all done online.
