When I presented all the documents to his Thai bank they were not interested in releasing the monies unless a written document was issued by the courts a long and very frustrating journey you have to get a lawyer who then goes to court to request the document required that alone is good enough reason to consider using professional agents and avoid having large sums in your thai bank !
