I have a Non Immigrant 0 Single entry BUT I had to go outside Thailand to get it. AFter that at the immigration (CM) they took a month to validate the yearly extension of stay based on marriage to a thai.

You have the stamp from Tachilek so after it's Mae Sai. Each border have his own stamp with differents forms. No problem.
