the ones in North America are eSIM only, but in China, and guessing Thailand, they are SIM card only. I believe this just started with the 14.

really? Yeah, people get really worked up on here if they don’t like your comment. I’ve blocked lots and left many sites as it does get you riled up at times!

yes, I don’t think his views are justified, but as you say, I guess cambodia didn’t agree with him. I’m sure it’s not for everyone 😮

I feel differently about Cambodia than you do, so we are obviously both looking for different things. I’m not looking for convenience or I’d just stay home, and I don’t see life in Thailand as convenient when you have to continuously leave the country and worry about whether they’ll let you back in. It sounds like Michael is having issues with Thailand as well, so this is really an irrelevant conversation 🤷🏼

It’s easy to live in Cambodia. You can get a one year multiple entry visa and renew it every year. This is where I’m thinking of heading. Thailand is too much trouble and too many hoops to jump through.

yes, I’m sure you’re right. I’m from Canada too, and I know what you mean. They want all your money and are very creative in how to get it. I’ve never brought a lot of cash with me, so not sure how they deal with that, or if it’s an issue at all. Personally, I’m over Canada! It’s not what it used to be.
