one last question please.

I applied for the visa under the Phuket Sandbox program, and switched my flights and stay to the Test-and-Go in Bangkok when that came under affect November 1st.

Do I need to resubmit this new information into my e-visa to the LA consulate, or is the visa still good even though I'm not landing in Phuket now?

The correct information is in the Thailand Pass system.

they took 5 days for me after a couple emails, and contacting through Messenger on their Facebook page.

I suggest Line or just call the front desk if you are cutting it close.

Got my letter on day 5.
