, the inflation rate in Thailand prior to 2022 was fairly steady at 1.02%. After 2022 up to now, the inflation rate is about 6.08%. That is a a hefty increase.

I'm suggesting that westerners who are living on the margins in their home country stay there because Thailand is not that cheap anymore. Many other factors to consider....transportation, healthcare, housing, and the cost of basic needs from markets.

Truthfully.....you should stay where you are, based on your request for information. Living in Thailand is not as cheap as you probably have been lead to believe.
