I found the FB page of "Muay Thai Fever" gym located in Chiang Mai here on FB, and they have posted several updates about DTV (they provide DTV for their members but they are not a visa mill school; they want you to be serious). Per their own words, embassies from neighbouring countries request additional documents from the gyms. They said so far Cambodia seemed to be the most(!) difficult. So I assume a school should have some certification/registration and be ready to deal with bureaucracy.
Does anyone have any recent updates from Penang, maybe? ๐ regarding documents they require for workation and soft power options. (I am still awaiting for them to answer my email ๐ ).
could you please clarify a bit how did it look? ๐ Did you put everything into one pdf file? Did you provide any contact information of your clients or something else so it can be verified? Iโm an illustrator so I wonder if I should make a PDF with visual examples of my projects or should it be something else๐
although I understand what you mean, it doesnโt really answer my question ๐ Local schools do offer packages โED visa+coursesโ as their main product, and we all know that getting ED visa is the main reason why so many foreigners start studying languages here :-)
I havenโt yet seen any โDTV + language courseโ packages but maybe, someone else has heard something about it ๐ Would be nice to hear if so ๐
I wonder if now language schools will start offering a choice between applying for DTV or ED visa. Obviously, if one has enough money in a bank account, DTV looks much more attractive ๐ค
I can say that this type of a stamp (with m.17 mark) can be converted into Non-Immigrant Educational visa inside the country (my school consulted the Immigration on my behalf) but I am not sure about Non-Immigrant B visa ๐ถ
