Can I get another 60 days on a single-entry tourist visa by leaving and re-entering Thailand before it expires?

60 days count starts from the day you enter into Thailand.

For Example... If you enter Thailand on April 1st then you will allow to stay in Thailand until May 30th only.

Even though you take Multiple Re-entry or single Re-entry before you exit... you were allowed only upto your initial 60th day which is May 30.
