the embassy just doesn't want to work . Lazy ass in my opinion. Your taxes are being spent on processing visa to your country instead of helping the people that pay their salary. If you have government pension than it should be no work to them. Do they actually think are valsifying their bank records. And did the American and British and Austrian embassy have a meeting to all stop the affidavit. The negative thing about Thailand is the games of immigration. Sure wish it was more like the phillipines immigration.

I am sure everyone wished they could have retired earlier. I am lucky I have a military pension and private pension and sold a small dental laboratory. So I am set for life. Retiring at 50 was my goal. But I do miss and love what I did for a living so I still do some work online for free to kill time if board.. I have houses in Thailand and phillipines and Italy. I am blessed and I hope you can achieve your goals. The key is to be happy and not worry about others

Give siam law a call. I think that will be your best advice. You should have your documents if it was a 5 year ban and I have heard after a year you can petition the ban to be reduced. My question would be is that you had 5 years to research the ban lift. You just showed up with out any legal advice.

Make sure your bankbook and statements match.. I was sent back once to the bank to get new certified letter. For some reason they didn't match and it has to be the day you go to immigration

Like to give a big thanks to Tod and others that posted pictures. I realized after y'all giving advice I had not filled my out properly and only created an account that was approved. There is no way I would have figured this out on my own and my Thai wife gave up after 5 minutes. Not to friendly user. Tod walked me through to finish it properly. Tod knows his shit. Probably saved me another fine 555

I tried the online and all the way to right it says status approve in green. I submitted my house book and wife id on pdf submit and it said approve instantly. Didn't get any emails. I printed to the screen to take with me at 90 day reporting. I couldn't find any videos showing my tm30 on YouTube and the printed form is different. My thai wife is confused as well but we followed the directions online.
