I went to Pranburi transport today ...had the necessary docs , watched the hour long video , did a color blind test , then paid the 500 baht and walked out 20 minutes later with a 6 year renewal ... done ...no medical cert required etc ..

you sure ? My mate got rejected from melbourne because his covid test result said PCR ....had to get a new COE and test saying RT/PCR ...

Cold food is quite common ...i believe for most of the hotels around that price range ...we had the same issue , but they did their best

atm...changes coming for 12 month retirement extensions..insurance needed soon by latest reports .. and in saying that , its becoming really difficult to live in Thailand ...somebody doesnt want foreigners here , just their money
