most likely he's other half is Thai and officers are Thai, who ussaly don't have the best English... It's easier for pepole to talk if they understand each other better and can explain the situation better no? :D
yeah bro I know that, but even with all that, in Thailand the cost for that visa type is more, at least last time I checked, maybe something change now.
