Living here for 20 years, had to figure out insurance need when aging. 8 years ago found a great broker who guided me through my needs, as I aged, advised me and gave me best options. He was there for me when in hospital and made sure 100% paid by my insurance. PM me and will put him in touch with you.

Use mail method. Most people do.. I have used & simple/ no problems. Once passports received take both to immigration and they transfer visa info. Easy/peasy!
