We had to drive 3 time to another province 2 hours away.

You register her at the hotel after you are cleared after first covid test.

She needs to meet the requirment to enter Phuket naturally but thats another question.

Thanks guys. I might try and apply for both. Embassy is actually open for visits, even they don't reply e-mail and phones that fast and easy. Can just bring it and be ready I guess. COE est 14 days?? Is that reasonable?
