I m on retirement visa, in ur language non O-A visa in Thailand.

I have money in my India @ my account. By call to India I bought some shares through my Indian Broker in Indian stock exchange.

After few days I again called him to sell that. I got profit n transferred to my bank account in India. All happened out of Thailand except call made from Thailand. Is it called I done work/job/business in Thailand? Because at non O-A visa, I can't do work/ job in Thailand.

Thread started on same point. Difference is by self computer n Call from phone.

Retirement visa not allowed working in Thailand. Nothing say about business n investment.

Second need sufficient proof of income. That show my country account. Can you explain " sufficient proof of INCOme"

If I stay at Thailand, but my account in Indian exchange and transition done through my Indian bank account. Then what will be position. I will withdraw money from international visa card in Thailand.

Mean I run my online stock market business out of Thailand , only online orders from Thailand. Is it in list of working in Thailand? Tnx in advance.
