 you will find the protocol on Bangkok Bank website. Print it, bring it to the bank and anyway most of them will kick you out. It's a hit n miss.

It's a Lottery. Best chances probably at Bangkok Bank or Kasikorn. Bring your Passport, a certificate of residence and if possible, a recommendation of your employer/ company, as you're on non-b.

In Jomtien it's usually done to the next day. You might ask "how much is express?"

For the transfer you need the sellers documents. Usually the buyer or the shop goes for it to the DLT.
