there is only one office. Third time of asking at the last clamp down they said I didn't require it as I had been here a long time. Previous occasions never heard of it.

the hotel had to sign the extension form and were given a different form also to sign. Our immigration has never asked for it before either which is why we didn't think it was needed.

everywhere at the moment is doing everything by the letter. Doesn't hurt to get it signed in case
