The COE is self explanatory.

Go via the Sandbox in Phuket and then extend your visa on arrival.

Not in Nong Khai

On your TM6. The one you get on the flight and fill in for immigration. You will need 2 address’s.

1 is your ASQ hotel.

2 is your address after quarantine.

Also a Thai telephone number is required.

After quarantine you get a quarantine certificate from reception this allows you to travel on your day of release.

I travelled by taxi from Pattaya to Nong Khai and was stopped by the police. Gave them the certificate and allowed to continue no problem.

No quarantine required in Nong Khai.

I’m not sure on your wife getting through. I believe she has to get a document from the local police with permission to travel in to Bangkok.

you don’t have to report it if your flying to Bangkok. I still submitted a photo of my 2nd vaccination date for my COE anyway.

But you will not be allowed in to the Phuket sandbox because you must have had your 2nd vaccination 14 days prior to your flight.
