What are the pros and cons of a retirement visa compared to a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) in Thailand?

I’d like to add another disadvantage of the DTV which I haven’t been aware of when changing from retirement to DTV: If you’re an owner of a condominium you probably won’t get a yellow tabien baan for that on a DTV (this could have been very helpful as a COR replacement) 😢

Yes, i have a multiple re-entry permit in my passport valid until expiry of my EOS by the end of february... so just leaving the country another time is no solution 😉 my plan is to go back to Thailand in November...

Thanks for posting, couldn´t find it first.... my main concern is about how to cancel the still active EOS / Re-Entry before trying to apply for a DTV and if this is possible from Europe...
