I’m sorted myself because of the advice I was given when I spoke to AXA so was only going off of the information I was told 🤷🏻‍♀️

you can’t extend with AXA once you’re in Thailand so you have to buy the 60 days prior to arriving! Think they expect you to predict your length of stay prior to arriving! I’m going for Atleast 60 but might extend so bought the 90 day one to be sure!

are there any insurance companies that cover quarantine if in contact with someone positive? Even the AXA one that is advised by the Thai embassy doesn’t cover this, I’ve rang multiple insurance companies that will only cover if you are positive

ohh okay so it’s not from the time I tested? If I tested at 2pm one day and don’t get the results till 6pm the next day it’s taken at the time of the result and not when the test was completed?

I got my visa back within 48 hours of providing onward travel, so fingers crossed you should be okay
