Frist thing is you have to go to the usa embassy in Bangkok to get an interview for the embassy to confirm that you are not married to anyone else then you can go to get married to your thai lady, you don't need any agent to help you so save your money and time. It will help you bring your divorce papers to the embassy, also you will need the documents from English to thai you will be able to find a translation officer near the embassy
