Kevin O'donnell I can only share what I am doing, with an agent. The 60 day rule also applies to foreign bank accounts, I am living it. Too many falangs here think they know everything, only to give poor advice.

You need only to prove you have the equivalent of $800,000 bhat in a foreign account for at least 60 days. I am currently a few steps ahead of you. I now have my non O and a bank account, should have my retirement visa next month
