Yes and PI is easy to stay now, every 60 days pay $60 US and do that for 3 yrs then you get residence card they changed that post COVID and got smart so govt now makes money where as before they had to make visa run 6 X a yr. Very easy in PI for foreigners to stay. I would look at Iloilo as a place one of the safest in SE Asia and pretty much out of harms way with typhoons, earthquakes etc Manila and Cebu are way over crowded and polluted
