Employment. That is a word. You could look it up in a dictionary.

The rest of your post, no idea what it is about.

If you are more than 180 days in Thailand, you are tax resident of Thailand Taxes paid on INCOME. Not on transferred money or ATM withdrawals.

They can. And if you pay your taxes in USA instead of Thailand, you are not very smart.

That is irrelevant. Tax is on income, not on money transfers.

Income is taxed.

Not money transfers.

So if you have income overseas, it is under Thai income tax laws.

DYV allows you to work remotely. It is explicitly designed for that.

And yes: if you are more than 180 days in a year in Thailand: you are a tax citizen.

It is more or less the same in every country. In Germany for example it is 185 days.

Water is usually a flat rate to about 150THB, and from there on like 20THB per unit (I think a unit is a cubic meter, but not sure).

Electricity is completely up to your usage.

I pay 300THB (three hundred).

But I do not chill my apartment to 16C ...

He does not need an Agent. Most banks would not work with an Agent. Opening bank accounts in other peoples names: is illegal. Unless it is authorized by a court, e.g. if you are seriously ill.
