 residence certificate is a free service, it is mentioned in the law, and the fine for not doing 90 days report is 1600 baht

Anonymous participant you are free to travel and it doesn't impact anyone with anything. There is no difference if they have the visa or don't have the visa. You don't have to look after 90 days reports for the kids,
