,Gene,I normally get a 6mth visa,yet I still have to do a visa run (CAMBODIA )each 60 days,this cost me the original cost of my visa. (paying twice)plus 2 whole days visa run.it is insane.I will upon return marry my Thai wife and apply for marriage visa.we have been C/LAW partners for 23yrs. registered in Canada . But is not excepted in Thailand . We have property (2)and bank accounts , surely the government should relish our kind of applying for residents .Your thoughts.THX

Really , isn't it time for the Thai Government and Immigration to step foward and stop this insane negative clampdown on genuine tourist that just want to come and support the local wonderful Thai street and business people.We only come to support you.Let us back in to support you.Thx.
