How can I get my degree certified as a US passport holder in Thailand?

It was annoying but here’s how it goes simply. There’s a form you fill out. Then you get it notarized at the embassy. Then you get that certified at the department of foreign affairs. You need to be there around 8 to get it done same day. After that you’re good.
