Absolutely fine mate. Used boiled tap water daily for about 6 months and not had a problem once.

Right now it's 60 days visa exempt but talk of it changing back to 30 days but no confirmation or even dates discussed yet so right now it's 60 days

 depends on your bank, my UK account has a daily withdrawal limit of £500 so I can withdraw 20k BAHT per day

Depends on the office but I'd go 2 weeks before your 60 days is up for your 30 day extension or visa hop somewhere for a couple days
