TG is Thai airway. If she is traveling with TG, she can use her expired passport.

My one I usually use Oz passport in Thailand and out. I have no problem and they never checked me even my son is using Thai passport out to Australia. This trip I used Thai passport in and out and with my son. Luckily I have original my son birth certificate and they asked to present. Without that he would not be able to leave the country.

How long will you be in Thailand for? They just extended from 30 days to 45 days. No need to apply tourist visa.

Have you got Thai bank account still? You can deposit coins depending what bank and withdraw note after. They will charge you some fee such as 100 baht for 1 baht fee. Check with them again.

Are you renting condo? Basically, agent will get one month commission if tenant signs up for one year lease. After one year lease, if tenant wants to renew the lease, agent will only get half month commission. Therefore, some agent will find the new place for tenant in the same place to get more commission.
