E BIKES are illegal in thailand, as the DMV (department of motor vehicles) does not recognise them as a motor vehicle, so they can not be taxed or insured, or driven on public roads, paths, parks ect. they are easy to obtain, many places sell them, but when the man in the brown uniform put his hand out, your the one that will be up in court, fines, or worse will all be yours.

Why would you pay someone to open a bank account, or apply for visa ? fools and thier money are easily parted.

Sounds like your demise is coming sooner than you think. Take a few para and wash them down with several pints of the black stuff on paddy's day, wouldn't be to worried about overstay or winter home in the future. Ide say you may be departing thailand in a casket!
