If you got your first approval already, and it is past 3 days from giving all the docs, you can follow up from consulate/embassy for the last approval. We did it and got our COE in the morning of scheduled flight (we had evening flight).

First you have to be sure you have chosen the right type of permitted person.

Step 1, you should have provided below:

-address abroad and in thailand

-passport id page

-visa/wp if applicable

-vaccine certificate

-covid 19 health insurance

Usually max 3 days, you will receive approval, then

Step 2, you should have attached:

-air ticket

-hotel sha+ confirmation (with qr code)

-payment proof for swabs

Another max 3 days then you will usually receive coe link for download and printing
